Q:  I am uncomfortable in front of the camera, will this work for me?

Yes! We are both very personable and will help make the experience comfortable and customized for you.  In advance of the session, you’ll receive a checklist, a schedule and know what to expect and how to prepare.  We are available for questions anytime.

Q: What should I bring to the photoshoot?  How do I prepare?

A checklist will be provided after signing up that will provide details on how to prepare and what to bring.  We will also share our trusted referral partners for make-up and personal styling as optional experience add-ons.

Q: How long will it take to get the photos + content back?

Within 3 weeks you’ll have all of your elevated brand content ready!

Q: Should I get my hair and make-up done for the photoshoot?

Professional make-up is a popular add-on to a branding photoshoot.  I do recommend it and it’s a nice treat!  Professional make-up is an added BONUS to the premium package and can be added onto the basic package.  Make-up is done 1 hour prior to the photoshoot time. We’ll plan all the details and provide you with your itinerary.

Q: What do I do with the content once I receive it?

All of the content will be prepared for you along with a video walkthrough with instructions on how to schedule and post your content.  We’ve also added a live office hours in week 4 for additional support.  If you’d like Dee to take care of scheduling, she can do that too (the premium package would a recommended upgrade).

Q:  Where will the event take place?  How long should I plan to be there for?

The location is discussed at time of booking with each applicant.  Studio fees are additional and travel time outside of the GTA may apply.  Set aside 3-4 hours to allow time for travel.  Expect to be in the photoshoot with Nathalie(1 hour) followed by your content onboarding session with Dee (1 hour).  If you’re getting make-up done onsite, plan to arrive 1 hour prior.
