Mini vs. Full Branding Session: Which Photography Package Is Right for You?

As an entrepreneur, your visuals are a critical part of your brand’s success. Professional photos not only elevate your online presence but also create a powerful first impression that draws your ideal clients in. Whether you’re looking for a quick refresh or an in-depth branding overhaul, I offer packages tailored to meet your specific needs.

So, how do you decide between a Brand Refresh Mini Session and a Full Branding Session like the Brand Revival or Brand Showcase VIP Day? This guide will break down the key differences and help you choose the best option for your brand.

What Is a Brand Refresh Mini Session?

If you’re in need of a quick update to your visuals, the Brand Refresh Mini Session is an efficient and affordable option. This session focuses on delivering high-quality images in a shorter timeframe, perfect for entrepreneurs who need fresh content without the time commitment of a full-day session.

What’s Included in a Mini Session?

  • Duration: 30-45 minutes.
  • Images: A selection of 10-15 professionally edited photos.
  • Location: A curated date, time, and location with back-to-back sessions.
  • Focus Areas: Headshots, lifestyle imagery, or promotional photos tailored to quick updates.

Perfect For:

  • Entrepreneurs who need a refresh for social media, LinkedIn, or a website update.
  • Business owners on a budget or tight schedule.
  • Professionals launching a new service or seasonal campaign.

Mini sessions are also available as Limited Edition Sessions, like my popular Colour Block series, which adds a creative twist to your branding imagery.

What Is a Full Branding Session?

A full branding session offers a more comprehensive and personalized approach to branding photography. This option is ideal for entrepreneurs who want to build a cohesive visual story for their business, with plenty of variety and intentionality.

I offer two options for full branding sessions:

1. Brand Revival

  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • Images: 22 professionally edited photos.
  • Extras: Strategic planning call to align the session with your brand goals.
  • Styling: Includes professional makeup to help you feel confident and camera-ready.
  • Focus Areas: A mix of headshots, lifestyle images, and behind-the-scenes shots designed for multi-platform use.

2. Brand Showcase VIP Day

  • Duration: Up to 5 hours.
  • Images: All images captured during the session, over 75+ images.
  • Extras: Includes a strategic planning call, branding photoshoot playbook and creative direction, professional makeup, behind the scenes video clips.
  • Focus Areas: Comprehensive visuals, from action shots to lifestyle and detailed product photography, tailored for long-term use across all platforms.

How Do Mini and Full Branding Sessions Compare?

Opt for a Brand Refresh Mini Session If:

  • You’re looking for a quick update to your branding photos.
  • You only need a handful of fresh images for social media, your website, or a specific launch.
  • You don’t need a wide variety of shots or outfit changes.
  • You like the idea of a streamlined, cost-effective option.

Opt for a Brand Revival or VIP Day If:

  • You want an extensive library of images for long-term use.
  • You need a variety of settings, outfits, and props to tell your brand story.
  • You’re rebranding or launching a new website, product, or service.
  • You want a completely customized, one-on-one experience.

Why Invest in Branding Photography?

Your photos are more than just visuals—they’re a reflection of your expertise, personality, and the value you bring to your clients. Whether you choose a Brand Refresh Mini Session or a Full Branding Session, both options help you:

  1. Elevate Your Online Presence: High-quality photos immediately make your brand look professional and polished.
  2. Save Time: A library of on-brand photos means you’re never scrambling to find images for social media or marketing materials.
  3. Attract Your Ideal Clients: Strategic visuals help you connect authentically with your audience and showcase your unique value.
