Nathalie made everything so comfortable when I came to her studio to shoot my maternity photos. Let me just start off with WOW. Nathalie did such an amazing job bringing all my random visions to life for my daughter's first cake smash! The vibrant colours, different backdrops, attention to details, every item had a personal touch to it. It made us really feel like it was all about our little girl. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a sign "Welcome to Mackenzie's Cake Smash". Her decor and backdrops complimented the birthday outfit perfectly. She incorporated my daughter's favourite toy and her donut themed party to the cake smash. Everything was perfect.. except for the crying birthday girl lol .. Nathalie did an amazing job working with my difficult child and even got her to smile! :) Her patience with her (and us) was simply refreshing. Let's be honest, photo shoots for Moms can be really stressful. There's the outfit coordination, dealing with nap schedules and hungry tummies with little ones and making sure all goes smoothly on the day of. My kids are 2 and 6 (not the easiest ages for photos) but somehow every time Nathalie pulls some kind of magic and gets the most beautiful captures! I enjoyed working with Nathalie. I hated taking photos of myself hence there hasn't really been any photos with my 14 months old and me. We booked a Christmas Mini for our family, including my brother’s family and parents.
