Nathalie is the founder of Pictonat Creative located in Midtown Toronto where she helps female entrepreneurs look and feel amazing online online with creative storytelling, brand photography and online brand strategy. As a mom of two kids, she also loves to capture special moments for families. She has a unique touch in capturing emotions and telling a story with an intimate, contemporary, and fresh feel.
In the five years since Pictonat Creative was born, Nathalie has launched two podcasts, co-authored a best-selling book, become a motivational thought leader, earned her Holy Fire Reiki Master certification, helped over 75 women entrepreneurs grow their business with her intuitive approach to visual storytelling, and visually captured the hearts of hundreds of families.
Prior to entering the world of entrepreneurship, Nathalie was a Senior Project Manager in Financial Services for 17 years where she managed and led large scale technology and operations projects. A graduate from the Rotman School of Management, Nathalie holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Marketing.
When not hard at work bringing to life her creative ideas, she’s an energetic mom of two kids who enjoys exploring new places with her family, playing strategy games, practicing yoga, and hanging out on her Peloton. She is often described as tenacious, energetic, and highly intuitive.

The email with the link to the gallery had clear instructions - and she was quick to respond to inquiries. Nathalie is beyond amazing! I have had a few sessions with her and I don't know how she does it, but she is able to capture the best expressions from my kids even though they are usually breaking down and throwing a tantrum during the photo shoot (6 months and 2 years old). She is so patient and relaxed that the sessions are always fun and enjoyable instead of stressful. Her backgrounds and props are very beautiful too. Let's be honest, photo shoots for Moms can be really stressful. Her communications and follow-ups were always professional while everything was laid out and easy to follow. Rather than just sitting awkwardly in a chair, we instead were in a lovely salon and could take all kinds of pictures in different scenes and poses. My daughter developed this odd rash at the last minute and I had to reschedule. Nathalie was great with my girls. They have previously exasperated many professional photographers and hate taking photos but with Nathalie they had a great time and were all smiles and....cooperative! We will definitely be using Nathalie again.

Let me just start off with WOW. Nathalie did such an amazing job bringing all my random visions to life for my daughter's first cake smash! The vibrant colours, different backdrops, attention to details, every item had a personal touch to it. It made us really feel like it was all about our little girl. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a sign "Welcome to Mackenzie's Cake Smash". Her decor and backdrops complimented the birthday outfit perfectly. She incorporated my daughter's favourite toy and her donut themed party to the cake smash. Everything was perfect.. except for the crying birthday girl lol .. Nathalie did an amazing job working with my difficult child and even got her to smile! 🙂 Her patience with her (and us) was simply refreshing.
