What is the difference between a Brand Refresh Mini-Session and a Brand Builder VIP Day?

So I help people in 2 ways: A quarterly branding mini-session or a Brand Builder VIP Day. A branding mini-session is perfect if you only want a small batch of images to refresh your brand with 1 look. A VIP day is for folks who want to capture and showcase multiple perspectives of their business and is a more holistic view of your business and includes a strategic planning session. Which one sounds more like what you need?

How long does it take to receive my photos?

I want nothing more than for you to have your photos to use and start reaping the benefits of building trust, deepening connections with your audience and elevating your brand. You can expect to receive your online gallery within 1 week from the photoshoot date for review and selection. From there, one final selections are made, allow 3-5 business days for your download gallery to be ready. Need your photos sooner? Just let me know and we'll see what we can do.

I am uncomfortable in front of the camera, will this work for me?

Yes! I am personable and will help make the experience comfortable and customized for you. In advance of the session, you'll receive a checklist, a schedule and know what to expect and how to prepare. I am available for questions anytime.

Can a mini-session be booked anytime?

Yes, it can be booked anytime, studio rental is additional (ranges from $70-150/hour). On marathon dates, the event is set for a particular date/time/location with back to back sessions and the studio time is included.

What will the set-up look like?

Sneak peeks and mood boards of the set are released as early as possible. Details are released as soon as they are available. The holiday sets are designed and set-up with a lot of attention to detail and care in mind. Every year the set-up is beautiful, elegant and joyful and put together by a professional design team.

Choose a palette of 3-5 colours. If you want to stand out and pop from the set, wear a bright festive colour like red or green or jewel tones. Other great palettes include neutrals tones with hints of metallic such as gold and silver tones. For a more formal look, weave in black and white and accent it with a holiday colour. For a fun and bright look, consider bright solid colours. For a cozy look, consider fun holiday PJ's. Tips on what to wear will also be shared.

When will the photos be ready?

The standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks however with Holiday portraits, you can expect to receive your gallery within two weeks so that you can choose your photos and order keepsakes and gifts. Upgrade to the Deluxe package for expedited delivery within 1 week so that you can get a headstart on holiday gifts and greeting cards customized with your photos.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds on session and no changes can be made to bookings within 10 days. Holiday sessions take place once a year and there is very limited space available. It is very hard to fill last minute changes to bookings.

Do you have photo holiday cards available?

Yes! You'll have access to exclusive holiday card designs that are sure to impress. There are a wide variety of options from photo cards to foil pressed cards and the opportunity to select the types of paper and even customize your envelopes with return addresses. I love holiday cards and excited to offer them! Other keepsakes available are metal photo ornaments, prints, and more!
