Greetings Purple Tree Child Care families,

It was an honour to capture school portraits for your littles.  I am excited to share that the galleries are now ready for viewing and selection! 

Please review and follow the steps below:

A. VIEW PHOTOS

To view your child's school photos, click on the VIEW button at the bottom of the page.  Once you enter:

1. Navigate to your child's folder - select the classroom followed by their individual named album 
2. Enter the album password - the child's last name in lowercase, no spaces.  If there is trouble getting in, please email me at hello@pictonat.com (passwords are added manually so there may be typos here and there!)

Some kids are willing and ready to give me a variety of expressions and some are more reserved.  This is why some kids may have more photos in their gallery than others.

B. ORDERING PHOTOS

• Place orders directly through the online gallery
• A list of Packages and Pricing can be viewed >HERE or can be viewed in the online gallery by adding an image to cart or by navigating to the top menu and selecting  'Info > Pricing'. 
• With any print or digital order placed by the order deadline you will receive free shipping plus everyone receives a FREE 5x7 class photo print that will be delivered to the child care center for pickup.  
• The class photos are available for additional orders as well however only for print orders, digital copies of class photos are not available to order. 

C. ORDER DUE DATE

• Order by Friday November 28th for free delivery of print orders shipped to your address 
• Orders placed after the free shipping promo date will be shipped directly to the preferred address at an additional shipping fee that is calculated at check-out.

D. ORDER DELIVERY

• Print orders are processed and delivered to your preferred address within 2-3 weeks
• Complimentary Class photo prints come with every order and are delived to the child care center for pickup, 2-3 weeks following the order deadline.  The class photos are printed in batch and are seperate from any print orders placed.  
• Digital orders are available immediately after purchase for download.  The download link will be emailed after purchase.
